It is designed to produce many types of marking such as alphanumeric characters (serial numbers, time stamps, etc.), 2D codes or logos to ensure the traceability of your parts. In benchtop mode, the marking head is mounted on a column base to mark small to medium sized parts up to 290mm high. The quick shift function facilitates transitions between different rooms by quickly adjusting the height of the head on the column. In addition, the grooves in the base allow different workpiece holders, such as a rotary axis, to be attached and thus ensure consistent quality over a range of markings. In handheld mode, you have a 10m range to mark freely thanks to the wireless communication between the controller and the marking head. The 22V lithium-ion battery integrated in the head allows you to ensure the continuity of your production in all circumstances. The light weight and the 360° use of the head are designed to mark medium to large parts that are sometimes difficult to access. Its multifunctional support foot guarantees stability and marking of flat and cylindrical parts. On the controller side, its 10″ touch screen and its intuitive software developed by Technomark allow you to make your markings in a few clicks, while being connected to a network if necessary. It has a preventive maintenance module to ensure the life of the machine, and a software suite to meet all your needs.
