FamilyDesc | The digital measuring device MH-107 is used for measurement of residual magnetism in workpieces that have been previously in contact with a magnetic clamping table or exposed to any magnetic field. High intensity of residual magnetism in a semifinished product can lead to further processing problems (e.g. during welding, turning, etc.). For finished products, the functionality of some devices may be significantly affected. Therefore, it is oftne necessary to monitor the values of these residual magnetic fields. The probe of the gauss meter is the core component for measuring the magnetic field strength on the surface of the magnet. The probe uses the Hall effect and is usually slender and flat. It is suitable for measuring the transverse magnetic field. There is a current passing inside. After being affected by the magnetic field, a voltage is generated. This voltage is measured by Gauss The meter records, and the Gauss value of the magnetic field is displayed on the LCD liquid crystal display. Because the voltage is continuously fluctuating and non-statically balanced, the measurer takes the highest value detected as the approved magnet surface magnetism | Remarks | Advantages: • Optional displayed output in mT (millitesla) or kA (kiloAmper) • Optional displayed output in G (Gauss) or kA (kiloAmper) • Probe for better accessibility during measurement Parameters: • Application: Measuring magnetism • Technology: Electro/battery • Battery life: up to 130 hours • Range: 0-3000,0 mT • Unit: Gauss or kiloAmper • Guarantee: 2 years Use: • Measuring of residual magnetism • Measuring of the magnetic flux in products where magnetic chucking is used |
